Bugkalot (also Ilongot) is a language of the indigenous Bugkalot of northern Luzon, Philippines.

• Most of Quirino Province north of the Cagayan River
• Eastern Nueva Vizcaya Province
• Southern Isabela Province (upper reaches of the Cagayan River)
• Northwest Aurora
